small room complicated shower
the breakfast was good. it provided a nice variety of options.
The room i booked felt small, it wasn't what i expected. there were no drawers for clothes, so my suitcase stayed on the floor. the shower controls were also complicated to use. It took me a while to figure them out. i found that annoying.

wide variety helpful staff inadequate fan grout problem
The staff was very helpful, and I am grateful for their assistance. The breakfast provided a wide variety and was well planned. It offered a good start to each day. The location made touring the city very easy. It was right on the water and close to everything.
Our room lacked air conditioning, and the provided fan didn't adequately cool the space. Water was seeping through the grout under the bathroom tile with every step! I think I should have found better options.

great experience

clean lines minimal decor enjoyable lounge
I found the clean lines and minimal decor appealing. the lounge area was a plus. I even enjoyed eating my picnic-style dinners there (bought at a nearby grocery store). playing cards in the lounge for as long as i liked was a good experience.
the carpets in corridors showed some stains and could benefit from a refresh, though it didn't greatly impact my overall stay.

The hotel provides convenient access to metro, water taxi, allowing easy city travel by bike or foot. the hotel is a short walk to nyhaven. i appreciate that i could leave my bag after checkout until the end of the day (this was very helpful).

My room had comfortable beds. i asked for a quiet room and i got one. It was possibly the quietest hotel room i've experienced. the room only gets cleaned upon request, which worked well for me.

quiet area breakfast variety helpful staff daily housekeeping
The location is fantastic, close to attractions yet so quiet! the breakfast selection offered a great variety. It kept me going all day! i found the staff helpful. They printed maps and instructions for my trip! housekeeping was available daily, keeping everything fresh and clean!
The lift was a bit slow. It seemed to stop on every floor.

The location proved very convenient on the waterfront. check-in was easy and efficient.. the room was nice, though tiny. i appreciated the breakfast. It was the most amazing treat.
the room lacked usb ports and free bottles of water. i also found the pillows very small.

the hotel's location was very convenient, close to major attractions and public transportation. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. the buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options (i especially enjoyed the pastries).
the room i stayed in was quite small, it made it difficult to move around comfortably. the bathroom lacked storage space for toiletries.
