the breakfast was good. it provided a nice variety of options.
The room i booked felt small, it wasn't what i expected. there were no drawers for clothes, so my suitcase stayed on the floor. the shower controls were also complicated to use. It took me a while to figure them out. i found that annoying.

The staff was very helpful, and I am grateful for their assistance. The breakfast provided a wide variety and was well planned. It offered a good start to each day. The location made touring the city very easy. It was right on the water and close to everything.
Our room lacked air conditioning, and the provided fan didn't adequately cool the space. Water was seeping through the grout under the bathroom tile with every step! I think I should have found better options.

I found the clean lines and minimal decor appealing. the lounge area was a plus. I even enjoyed eating my picnic-style dinners there (bought at a nearby grocery store). playing cards in the lounge for as long as i liked was a good experience.
the carpets in corridors showed some stains and could benefit from a refresh, though it didn't greatly impact my overall stay.

The hotel provides convenient access to metro, water taxi, allowing easy city travel by bike or foot. the hotel is a short walk to nyhaven. i appreciate that i could leave my bag after checkout until the end of the day (this was very helpful).
